Wow! Their customer service is unparalleled. Immediate answer by a live person every time I call. No answering message. No transferring to another department. The person who answered has been able to address my need immediately (whether it’s a billing question, service question, or desire to hold service while I’m out of town. Plus, we spend the entire season outdoors playing and swimming and have NO mosquito bites. You won’t regret using Mosquito Joe!

Today was my first appointment with Mosquito Joe, and so far so good. They communicated clearly via text and email when they would be arriving and arrived on time. Even though I didn’t speak to their technician, he did a thorough job of treating my property. I will also say I received a prompt response to my online request for more information about their service and pricing.
